Safflower oil is a heart-healthy oil made from the seeds of the safflower plant that can be used throughout the kitchen. It is an excellent source of poly and monounsaturated fatty acids as well as vitamin E. Safflower oil is used for high heat cooking due to its high smoking point. It has a mild flavor and is found in most grocery stores. Safflower oil contributes vitamin E to your diet. There is 4.6 milligrams of vitamin E or 23% of the recommended daily intake in 1 tablespoon of safflower oil. There are other trace nutrients in 1 tablespoon of safflower oil, including choline (0.03 micrograms) and vitamin K (1 microgram).

Sage

Sage oil and the scent of sage plant is one of the most important remedies to relieve stress, tension and fatigue. The results of scientific tests conducted by students of Nambu University in Korea show that the aroma obtained from a mixture of Peppermint, Sage and Lavender oil reduces headaches, calms the nerves and increases resistance to stress. Ester, which is sweet and floral, is used in the treatment of skin inflammations and to prevent discomforts such as redness and itching. Sage oil softens dry scalp and prevents dandruff. An equal amount of Sweet Almond Oil is added to the composition of sage oil, and it is applied externally by massaging to reduce oiliness on the skin.
